Funding requests, confirmed credits and balance
A request, proof of payment and confirmed credit are different. Test credits cannot fund live checks.

Before you start
- Confirm currency, funding method and merchant. Pay only against the valid instructions in your signed-in workspace.
Follow these steps
Find funding in the Mexico product. If no valid method is available, stop; never pay an example account in documentation.
You should see： Your available method or its unavailability is shown.
Submit a request based on an actual payment and save its ID. Include only necessary proof. Creating a request does not credit funds.
You should see： The request is pending confirmation, not already spendable.
Inspect the original request and ledger. Confirm credited available funds and currency before getting a live quote.
You should see： Confirmed credit and reserved funds are distinct; TEST credits do not fund real actions.
Completion check
Request and credit reconcile, and available funds cover the quote. Resolve differences before another payment.
If you get stuck
- Balance unchanged after payment: provide merchant, request ID, time and redacted reference for reconciliation.
