Website privacy and contact
The evaluation form prepares an email in your browser; it does not submit its fields to a GridZen website database. You choose whether to send that email to open@gridzen.ai. Optional website measurement records aggregate counters only after you enable it.
Contact information
If you send an inquiry, the mailbox receives the information you choose to include so the team can respond and scope an evaluation. Do not include identity documents, account numbers, phone samples or provider credentials. For access, correction or deletion questions about correspondence, contact open@gridzen.ai; no fixed mailbox retention period is asserted without an approved policy.
Optional aggregate measurement
Measurement is off by default. Your preference is stored locally without a user identifier; the broad source category and canonical landing path may be retained for the current browser tab. When enabled, the site counts date, canonical page, language, broad source category and event such as page view, email preparation or download click. It does not send form contents, complete referrer URLs, search queries, IP addresses or browser fingerprints to the measurement database. New counter writes delete rows aged 90 days or more; an inactive database is cleaned on the next write. They are not unique visitors or confirmed leads.
Hosting and external links
Hosting and reverse-proxy services may process normal access information, including network addresses, separately from these aggregate counters. Email follows the mailbox service’s processing. External source and GitHub links have their own policies. This website notice does not define the separate terms required for customer API processing.
