Bring your own Provider
Customer retains its provider relationship and chooses what GridZen may orchestrate.
The alpha is provider-neutral. Customers can start with their own contracts and credentials; GridZen-managed packs are activated only after rights and compliance review.

GridZen may operate a pack only when resale, downstream use, retention and security requirements are confirmed in writing.
An event-specific policy defines required signals, fallback behavior and review thresholds.
| Pack type | Alpha status | Activation condition |
|---|---|---|
| Customer-owned provider | Available | Customer credentials and authorized processing scope |
| GridZen-managed provider | Review required | Written provider rights, DPA/security review, production approval |
| Local development baseline | Available | Test-only; never a third-party verification result |
Market pilots are non-production evaluation paths for a customer-owned, authorized Provider route. They are not a claim of local coverage or a GridZen-managed pack.
