Verify an existing Mexico CEP receipt

Before you start

• Have authorized SPEI details or official original XML. Screenshots and PDFs are not automatically signature-validated XML.

Follow these steps

1. Open CEP payment evidence, read supported methods and terms, and choose an enabled input method.

   You should see： The form requests fields for that method; unavailable methods are disabled.

2. Check operation date, tracking key, institutions, account and amount. Use the transaction date, not download/query date.

   You should see： Save the evidence/task ID and inspect retrieval and validation progress.

3. Inspect signature and transaction-binding results. Keep the original task if the official service is inconclusive or restricted.

   You should see： Downloaded and validly signed/bound are distinct; inconclusive does not mean invalid signature.

Completion check

You can identify the evidence stage and use conclusions only when required signature and binding checks pass.

If you get stuck

• Only a screenshot/PDF or no result: obtain original transaction evidence. A payout callback is not signature validation.
