Mexico payout pilot scoper

Check whether a Mexico payout pilot has a defined event, owners, permitted non-production data and an authorization reference. Complete inputs remain a scoping draft, not pilot activation or commercial approval.

Inputs and output

Use only non-sensitive references. The helper checks explicit fields and reports missing information and blockers. Complete inputs produce draft_for_review; approval_granted is always false.

Run and review

Extract the ZIP and run python3 evaluate.py < example-input.json. Read SKILL.md for the drafting workflow. Version 1.0.0 includes executable examples and six deterministic helper tests: python3 -m unittest test_evaluate. Test results cover helper behavior and packaging, not model reasoning or customer outcomes.

Distribution status

First-party static download on gridzen.ai only. No external marketplace acceptance, ecosystem endorsement or token2.io invocation is asserted. The package can be inspected and used offline; connecting it to a service is a separate task.
