Mexico identity verification infrastructure

The 2026-10-07 Mexico snapshot records restricted INE credential verification and Plaid commercial data-source verification evidence. It does not establish universal identity lookup, bank account name matching or GridZen access.

Observed evidence

INE describes credential-data verification under its service access conditions. Plaid documents Identity Verification and country-dependent data-source/field support. The archived country classification is based on those specific sources; a field-format document alone is not proof of government-database access.

Access questions

Confirm the exact identifiers, source, customer eligibility, permitted processing and supported results with the service owner. Determine how mismatch, no-match, unavailable and additional user steps are represented. Documentation evidence does not demonstrate that GridZen has a provider account, an approved route or downstream redistribution rights.

From research to a pilot

A controlled payout pilot needs one customer event, a technical owner, permitted non-production data and an authorized provider route. The country research can inform provider selection; it does not satisfy the pilot gates. Reconfirm time-sensitive access and commercial terms before any implementation.
