Direct provider integration or GridZen: start with the task

Choose the integration layer after listing the work your application must own. A provider account and a wrapper are different things.

When direct integration is enough

If one provider meets your task and your team already owns callbacks, state storage, retries and access rules, evaluate a direct integration first. An additional layer must justify its operational cost.

When to evaluate GridZen

Compare a runnable workflow for persistent state, duplicate-event handling and explicit unavailable outcomes. Use the same task and failure branches on both sides; do not assume that an MCP or SDK alone saves implementation time.

What the example proves

Run success, reject and unavailable branches below. These are synthetic integration outcomes. They prove branch handling, not provider rights, identity approval or a production customer result.

Your acceptance record

Record your task, chosen provider, required evidence, recovery owner and actual test results. Measure elapsed work yourself; no unmeasured time saving or price advantage is claimed.

Integration guide

From a working demo to an authorized production route

A successful demo is one checkpoint. Verify service access, consent, recovery and your application action separately.

Confirm the exact capability

Name the event, country, provider product and required fields. Number validity does not prove ownership; an identity result does not grant your application permissions.

Check access and data handling

Confirm the current account entitlement, permitted use, required consent and data handling before real requests. A public research listing is not commercial access.

Complete one real authorized workflow

Check the provider result, the received notification where required, the local state and the intended action in your application. Do not replace missing evidence with a sandbox response.

Separate trial and payment

The example below is synthetic and free of upstream calls. A production request needs its separate readiness checks. Real self-service payments remain disabled; do not top up to unlock an unconfirmed capability.

Integration guide

Estimate a verification pilot without inventing a price

Build a scoped estimate from the task and supplier evidence. Separate query charges from integration and ongoing operations.

Define a bounded pilot

Specify one task, country, expected volume range and the result your application needs. List unknown fields and unsupported branches instead of assuming global coverage.

Separate the cost components

Collect the current supplier quote, product tier, billing unit, minimums and applicable taxes. Keep integration work and ongoing recovery or maintenance separate. No public price is asserted here.

Decide who owns failures

Assign duplicate-event handling, timeouts, user retry and manual review. A low query price alone does not establish the lowest total operating cost.

Bring evidence to the next step

Run the synthetic example, then prepare task scope and required capability for an access assessment. No payment is accepted by this example; production scope and supplier rights require confirmation.

Your first identity onboarding sandbox run

Build the first identity onboarding result handler before collecting any document. This walkthrough uses an account-free synthetic response; it does not create a hosted provider session. Your application must keep verification decisions separate from seller permissions.

Add a phone check without promising ownership

Add a pre-registration number check while keeping invalid numbers separate from unavailable results. A format or validity signal cannot prove ownership or SMS reachability. This walkthrough returns no line type and sends no OTP.

Recover a delayed verification callback

Recover a delayed callback without creating duplicate sessions. The runnable local example stores state in SQLite, enforces a deadline and rejects late permission grants. Its callback channel is explicitly synthetic: it is not a live signature verifier.

Separate verification results from business permissions

Turn a verification result into a bounded application decision. Test account binding, explicit policy, duplicate events and rejection handling in a local fixture database. The permission shown in this walkthrough is a demo flag, not a real seller permission.

Basic number validity does not prove possession or reachability and does not send OTP. Your app owns the admission decision.
