Customer pilot terms

Version pilot-2026-10-10. These scope terms do not replace required downstream protective or data-processing agreements.

Application and activation

Applications require a verified merchant email. The owner approves capabilities, request limits and expiry; submitting never activates access. Without confirmed commercial rights, free allowance and required agreements, the application remains pending.

Scope of use

Use only approved free capabilities. No top-ups or automatic paid fallback. Basic number validity is not ownership or SMS verification; identity decisions are not compliance certification, background checks or automatic approval.

Data and consent

Applications collect task, country, needs, estimated volume, discovery channel, integration method and pricing interest, linked to your merchant account. Do not submit documents, photos, private numbers or keys. Each live check requires appropriate notice and explicit subject consent; the applicant's checkbox does not substitute for it.

Identity data goes directly to the provider's hosted page. GridZen result records are retained for 30 days by default; application categories remain until account deletion for review and improvement. Account deletion removes local applications and records, but does not replace provider-side deletion or privacy requests.

Stopping and feedback

The owner may stop a pilot. No new checks after limits or expiry. You can view your application and existing results. Outcomes, pricing interest and channels are self-reported, not proof of paying customers or business success.
